How long will it take my order to arrive?

 

I need my order tomorrow, will it arrive?

It depends on what time you place your order and where you are located. If you are in urgent need for your items the next day please contact hello@buckspartyshop.com.au and outline your situation and a customer service representative will respond with options and pricing which could possibly make this happen for you. We offer an Express Post shipping service through Australia Post. Australia Post guarantees overnight delivery if your postcode is within their Express Network. Please note we guarantee dispatch within 24hrs but overnight delivery is Australia Posts guarantee and not ours and only starts once your order has been dispatched. Please note when couriers need to be used, it is the courier company which guarantees next day delivery and not Bucks Party Shop. We will do everything on our end to ensure next day delivery is possible but cannot 100% guarantee as we do not own the courier company/ Australia Post nor have the power to stop unexpected issues which may arise during the shipment phase (we wish we could!).

Does Bucks Party Shop ship internationally?

Does Bucks Party Shop send goods to New Zealand?

Bucks Party Shop sends its products worldwide including New Zealand. New Zealand deliveries are at a special flat rate price of $15.95 AUD no matter how much you order (standard mail service). Please not orders to New Zealand can take from 2 – 10 Business Days

 

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our warehouse with your consignment number letting you know it is on its way. Depending on the Shipping Service you have chosen, you will also be provided with details of the carrier used on how to track your delivery online.
For registered users you can track the delivery status of your order by going to the My Account section.

Does Bucks Party Shop accept Phone Orders?

Yes! You can place an order over the phone by calling (03) 9018 6658 and talking to one of our Customer Service representatives. Please note only credit card payments can be accepted for over the phone orders.

 

Are all Bucks Party Shop prices quoted in Australian Dollars?

For all customers making an order within Australia, the prices will appear in Australian Dollars, if you are purchasing from within the United States, the prices with appear as US Dollars, for New Zealanders the price will appear in NZ Dollars and in the UK the prices will appear in GBP. Yes, Bucks Party Shop includes GST (General Service Tax) in the price of every product. Please note this is an Australian regulation which we must abide by.

 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Your delivery address is able to be changed, however only in the period before your order has been dispatched. To change your delivery address, log in to the My Account section and select ‘Order History’. Click on the ‘Edit shipping address’ link and you will then be able to update the address.
Please be aware you can only change the address for the entire order; we are unable to ship separate items on the one order to multiple addresses.
Once your order has reached the ‘packing’ or ‘dispatched’ stage, the delivery address is no longer able to be changed. Please also note that the delivery address shown on your email tax invoice is your billing address, not your delivery address. Please contact us at hello@buckspartyshop.com.au to see if it’s too late to change the shipping address. Bucks Party Shop cannot be held responsible for the inputting of incorrect Shipping Addresses.

 

I purchased an item for someone else and wish to remain anonymous – will my details be visible to the recipient?;

An invoice is emailed to the purchaser (person who submitted the order) and is also disclosed with the goods. If for some reason you do not want a copy sent with the goods you must let Bucks Party Shop know at time of ordering or immediately after as once products are packed and ready for dispatch we cannot change.

Can I pick up my order from Bucks Party Shop?

Unfortunately we’re unable to allow pickups from our warehouse. Our warehouse operates with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to send out orders quickly and efficiently. Allowing pickups would not only disrupt this process but could potentially create safety/ privacy issues for yourself and warehouse staff. Safety has to be our number one priority.

 

Can I view an item before I purchase it?

Unfortunately as we are an online retailer, we do not have a shopfront or show room to display items before purchase. For this reason we always try to include as much information and images as possible in our product listings. Our images on our website are of our actual products so nothing is hidden. What you see is what you receive so to speak.

Can I lay by an item, or hold an item for a period of time before payment?

We are unable to hold items or provide a lay-by service. As an online retailer, we like to keep things fresh and exciting by operating on a ‘first in, best dressed’ basis. We constantly keep our stock up to date so you won’t miss out!

 

Can I wholesale Bucks Party Shop products?

Yes Bucks Party Shop accepts wholesale orders. Please note all wholesale orders are subject to vendor acceptance by Bucks Party Shop. If you would like to apply to wholesale our Bucks Party Products or for further information, including Terms & Conditions please complete our Bucks Party Wholesale application form or email hello@buckspartyshop.com.au. If your application is approved Bucks Party Shop will send login details for you to access our Bucks Party Wholesale website.

 

How do I change my password on my Bucks Party Shop account?

Simply log in to My Account and click on ‘change password’ under ‘Your Account Options’. Please be aware that your password is case sensitive!

 

How do I redeem a coupon code for a promotion I have seen?

To redeem your promotional coupon code, follow these 6 easy steps:
1. Login to buckspartyshop.com.au
2. Find the products you want to purchase
3. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
4. Select the ‘Checkout’ NOW button
5. Enter your Promotional Coupon Code into the Coupon Code text box
6. Enter your payment information

Please note the code must be entered before payment is made for the offer to be valid. And please not coupon codes are case sensitive!!!

 

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once you have made payment. After an order has been paid, it is sent to our warehouse where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to interrupt this process.
We encourage all customers to check their order quantity and items before completing checkout to avoid any disappointment due to the wrong order being placed. Please also note, we are unable to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.
If you have placed an order via Bank Deposit and have not yet made payment, your order will auto-cancel after 72 hrs.

On the top right hand corner of the website you will find a ‘search’ box. Type in what you are looking for i.e. straws, singlets, tee shirts etc. and it will bring up all related products
